Jestem absolwentką warszawskiej Akademii Sztuk Pięknych. Studiowałam architekturę wnętrz i grafikę, dyplom obroniłam w pracowni projektowania książki i ilustracji prof. Janusza Stannego.
Od wielu lat zajmuję się zawodowo projektowaniem książek i edytorstwem. Moją drugą życiową pasją jest malarstwo na jedwabiu i praca z tą niezwykłą tkaniną.

Jedwabna materia służy mi jako podłoże malarskie, ale używam jej także jako tworzywa, które można przekształcać poprzez manipulacje (skręcanie, plisowanie, marszczenie, zwijanie i krępowanie) oraz poprzez barwienie. Jedwab jest dla mnie nośnikiem barw, kolorów oraz form.
Na bazie barwionych tkanin strukturalnych projektuję kolekcje użytkowe: szale, biżuteria, ubiory, zasłony, a z tkanin malowanych ręcznie tkanin tworzę tradycyjne obrazy, abażury, poduszki i parawany.
Inspiruję się japońskimi technikami dekorowania tkanin: Shibori i Yuzen.
W 2021 roku otworzyłam sezonową galerię w Kazimierzu n/Wisłą.

SILKSTONES – is a signature collection of handmade silk and steel jewelry, where imagination meets artistry.

The SILKSTONES collection is created by the system of modular elements. Each silk 'jewel' is a part from which, like blocks, you can build a larger whole; the system of hand-made smaller and larger modules – jewels allows you to put them together and combine them in a variety of configurations, styles and orders.

Exquisite creations from the SILKSTONES haberdashery collection express the spirit of extraordinary elegance. Some products are so magnetic and formally intriguing that you can't take your eyes off them – they are small handmade artifacts, trinkets and valuables.

SILK GALLERY is a seasonal stationary shop, a summer pop up art gallery in the Góry district, in Kazimierz Dolny n/Wisłą. It is located in a tent set up in an old family orchard. The gallery was opened for the first time in 2021. In 2024 it operated from May to the end of September. Gallery opens on weekends, sometimes also during the week – updated information about opening hours can be found on Google Maps. In spring, summer and autumn, I exhibit paintings and objects of applied art: shawls, scarves, jewelry. In the 2024 season, SILK GALLERY was visited by over 300 people. The website you are currently visiting was created with the intention of transferring the seasonal gallery to a virtual space, accessible to everyone from anywhere.
